HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT, AND HOW SOON CAN I MOVE IN?
You can easily apply online through our website by selecting availability or apply, choosing an apartment and clicking “Select.” Once your application is approved and all documents are submitted, move-ins can typically be scheduled within 7–10 days, depending on apartment availability.
IS THE LOTUS PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, The Lotus is a pet-friendly community, thoughtfully designed to welcome four-legged residents, complete with an on-site pet spa. For additional details regarding our pet policy, including any breed or weight restrictions, please contact the leasing office.
WHAT IS THE NEAREST SUBWAY STATION?
Just blocks from The Lotus, Grand Central Terminal offers unparalleled connectivity and convenience for residents. The Lotus offers a curated collection of thoughtfully designed residences, ranging from efficient alcove studios to expansive two-bedroom homes with den layouts. Each residence—regardless of size—features expansive windows, bright and airy interiors, condo-level finishes, and access to a distinguished suite of amenities.
HOW IS PACKAGE DELIVERY HANDLED?
All packages are delivered to the front desk, where they are securely received and held by the concierge until the resident returns home. Upon arrival, packages are personally delivered directly to each resident.
IS THERE A CONCIERGE? WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
At The Lotus, our concierge team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, thoughtfully welcoming residents home and attending to the details that make each day feel effortless.
CAN I RESERVE ANY OF THE AMENITIES?

HOW DO I PAY RENT AND SET UP UTILITIES?
Residents can conveniently pay rent and submit maintenance requests through our secure online resident portal. Utility setup instructions are provided prior to move-in—most utilities can be transferred or activated online in just a few minutes.
